Both squads are back in action this upcoming weekend after a long weekend that saw Enfield RFC Women take a big win against Halifax RFC and the Men with no matches.
Training as usual Tuesday and Thursday at the Lion's Den from 6-8pm.
Saturday sees the Men traveling to Charlottetown to face the Mudmen at 2pm.
Women plays host to the islanders, with a 4pm kick-off time versus Charlottetown RFC.
Also on Saturday, Rugby Nova Scotia will be hosting a Rookie Rugby Jamboree for young players from 5 to 14 years old. This will take place from 10:30am to 12pm at the Enfield Lion's Den.
