Welcome to the ninth annual Sweetheart 7s Tournament!
This is a one (1) day indoor tournament held on turf at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz, Nova Scotia.

The field will be separated into three play areas, with games taking place concurrently.

Insurance Requirements:

Each participating player must be registered with Rugby Canada to be eligible to play. Anyone insured for the 2024 season will be covered for this tournament. There may be short term insurance available through Sportlomo. If a player is not registered, they cannot participate in the tournament.
